OCD Awareness Week 2026
You are more >than yourthoughts
Words on your wrists. A small > over your heart. An embroidered hoodie designed by Kristina Orlova, host of The OCD Whisperer Podcast, for anyone living with intrusive thoughts and the people who love them.
Made to be read by you
Check it like a watch
Raise either wrist and the words read upright, left to right. Left, then right: a full sentence, stitched where you'll see it.
more
thoughts
Embroidered in white thread just above each cuff. Illustration, not to scale.
01
Stitched in thread
The words on your wrists and the > on your chest are embroidered in thread on a heavyweight 10.3 oz organic cotton-blend hoodie. Nothing to peel or crack in the wash.
02
Written for you to read
The words face you, not the room. Look down at your wrists: "you are more" on the left, "than your thoughts" on the right. A quiet reminder, just for you.
03
Made by someone who gets it
Designed by Kristina Orlova, host of The OCD Whisperer Podcast. Every detail was chosen with people who live with intrusive thoughts in mind.
Questions
How does it fit?
Oversized and roomy, with dropped shoulders. Order your usual size for the relaxed look, or one size down for a closer fit.
Chest width, laid flat: S 25" · M 26.5" · L 28.3" · XL 30" · 2XL 32". Lay a hoodie you love flat and compare. Sizes run S to 2XL.
When will it arrive?
Each hoodie is made to order, then shipped. Shipping is free on US orders. Most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks, and you'll get tracking by email once it ships.
Can I return or exchange it?
Because every hoodie is made just for you, we can't accept returns or size exchanges. If yours arrives damaged or with a stitching error, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right.
How do I care for the embroidery?
Wash inside out in cold water, then tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly over the stitching or the printed neck label.
Buying it for someone else?
It was designed for people living with intrusive thoughts and for the people who love them. If you're not sure of their size, compare a hoodie they already wear with the chest widths above.
Is this a treatment for OCD?
No. It's clothing: a reminder, not a replacement for care. If you're looking for support, a licensed therapist who specializes in OCD can help.
